Carvil, in equal parts with one of our investors, has established an independent company which purchased 25% of the land ownership and owns the rights to execute an urban renewal project in the compound. The Company initiated the financing, planning and licensing of the project, its management and construction, while the investor is responsible for providing the required share-holders' equity.
