An ecological (Standard 5281) luxury apartments project in Herzliya Pituach with 15 residential units in a built-up area of 2,430 sqm, which was financed by Bank Mizrahi. The company initiated the purchase of the land, obtaining finance, as well as planning, management and construction of the building. The project was populated in 2014.
